Returns

Steps to be followed on all returns:

NOTE: IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE THROUGH RAM PARTS USA, YOU MUST RETURN THROUGH THE AVENUE THAT YOU PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCTS. RAM PARTS USA CAN ONLY REFUND RAM PARTS USA CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY. ALL RETURNS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS. ALL PACKAGES MUST BE UNOPENED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FROM OUR SHIPPING.

Customers MUST put this information INSIDE their return package. DO NOT write this information on the OUTSIDE of the package.

When an order arrives at Ram Parts USA, the part will be inspected. If there are any abnormalities to prevent us from resale, there will be no return. All parts must be undamaged, unused, unopened, and free from any nicks or marks or abuse. In the event, the part is unworthy of the return. The customer will be contacted and asked to pay the shipping for the part to be returned to them. The final determination for the return will be solely decided by the Ram Parts USA return team. Ram Parts USA will use the original order number to refund the customer less the 20%.

All returns are charged 20% as stated in the checkout page.

There is only one circumstance that Ram Parts forgives some of the 20% restocking fee. We only charge the shipping when a customer orders the wrong parts and reorders the correct part/parts. In this case, it takes both order numbers to adjust the refund upon the return of the parts the customer is not using. The shipping and price of parts used or not returned will be the final amount of the two orders. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
