Mopar products purchased from Ram Parts USA are protected by the Mopar Basic Limited Warranty. Click here for more details.

Parts that are not Mopar parts are protected by the warranty in their individual description. These parts are the discontinued Mopar part numbers and are described as a China made product.

For refurbished parts there is a 365 day PART ONLY warranty. Ram Parts USA will inspect any returned refurbished parts to determine the part is genuine and untampered with and in the same condition it was shipped before issuing a refund, all parts are photographed before shipping so you will not be penalized for any blemishes the part may have had before being shipped.
