This is the complete Blend Door USA rebuild for 3rd Gen Ram trucks with Dual Zone and the rear vent system. All five HVAC doors replaced with solid aluminum, plus the hardware to properly control the rear vent door. Permanent fix.

⚠️ The original plastic rear vent control door is re-used. It is not driven by an electronic actuator and does not seal against any surface — failure rate is extremely low and replacement is not warranted.

⚠️ Rear vent fitment note: This kit is only for Mega Cab trucks with the rear vent system — vents located at the bottom rear of the center console or jump seat. Single Cab and Quad Cab trucks do not have rear vents. Not all Mega Cabs have this option. No rear vents? Order the standard Dual Zone kit instead.

Single Zone vs. Dual Zone — which do you have?
Single Zone trucks control driver and passenger temperature together.

 Dual Zone allows independent driver/passenger temperature control. You cannot upgrade from Single to Dual Zone by swapping doors — the HVAC box is different.
