Same cracked plastic, same failed doors — but your Mega Cab has rear vents, and that changes the kit. This is the complete Blend Door USA rebuild kit for 3rd Gen Ram trucks equipped with the rear vent system, Single Zone configuration. All five HVAC doors replaced with solid aluminum. Permanent fix.

• Solid aluminum Defroster Door (rear-vent specific driver)
• Extra linkage rod + aluminum cam gear for rear vent control door

⚠️ The original plastic rear vent control door is re-used. It is not directly driven by an actuator and does not seal against any surface — failure rate is extremely low and replacement is not warranted.

⚠️ Rear vent fitment note: This kit is only for Mega Cab trucks with the rear vent system — the vents located at the bottom rear of the center console or jump seat. Single Cab and Quad Cab trucks do not have rear vents. Not all Mega Cabs have this option. If you don’t have rear vents, order the standard Single Zone kit instead.

Single Zone vs. Dual Zone — which do you have?

Dual Zone allows independent control. You cannot upgrade from Single to Dual Zone by swapping doors — the HVAC box is different.
