Single Zone vs. Dual Zone — which do you have?
Single Zone trucks control driver and passenger temperature together from one dial. Dual Zone allows independent driver/passenger temperature control. Check your HVAC control panel — Dual Zone trucks have separate driver/passenger temperature controls.
