This kit provides premium solid aluminum HVAC blend doors designed exclusively for single zone 2019–2025 Dodge Ram trucks. Manufactured and CNC machined in Michigan, these high-quality components replace the factory temperature blend doors and resolve common recirculation issues. Each part is built to last and backed by a lifetime guarantee. Specifically engineered for trucks with unified driver and passenger temperature controls, this kit is not compatible with dual zone systems, which allow independent temperature settings.

Variations Explained

Single Zone/Dual Zone

The "Single Zone" function is for trucks that control both the driver and passenger side temperature control together.  The "Dual Zone" function is factory upgrade that allows the driver and passenger side temperature to be controlled separately. It is not possible to simply install the Dual Zone doors into a Single Zone system in order to upgrade to a Dual Zone system. The 4th gen trucks only have the two box choices. If you have a truck with rear vents, the only difference is the duct work.
